READ ME: The 6 coral identification training movies on this page are a complete video training course for beginner through intermediate user. These are a step by step guide and are intended to be viewed in series. That said the first two movies introduce the toolkit and the tool itself – the real training starts in Coral Finder Toolkit Training Movie 3. i.e. you can skip CFT Movie 1 and 2. Do you have limited bandwidth? A DVD disc of the training and revision movies, and / or, a disc with an offline version of this website and computer files of the training / revision movies (MP4 and WMV), can be purchased at cost plus postage and handling here.
The movies, in combination with the Coral Finder which you can take underwater, provide a visual, step-like learning process. We’re pretty sure that somewhere, someone wise, must once have said: “Keep it visual and keep it chunky!’ These training movies show you how to do things in chunks. You can view, pause and replay the movies at your convenience. If you have the bandwidth you can even view them in high definition…. and don’t forget to check out the revision movies - they provide a way to test your self and are an excellent fast start for tool before field trips.
